Oil Services KZ provides a comprehensive range of services including geological exploration, field development, oil and gas production, purchasing, marketing, transportation, refining, and selling crude oil and petroleum products.
Our operations are primarily based in two regions: the Kyzylorda region, where our upstream unit Oil Services KZ Kumkol Resources, JSC (PKKR) is situated, and the Turkestan region, in Shymkent, where our downstream unit Oil Services KZ Oil Products, LLP (PKOP) handles crude oil refining.
Our shareholders include China National Petroleum Corporation and KazMunayGaz National Company JSC

PKOP, our downstream unit located in Shymkent, specializes in refining crude oil into various petroleum products, ensuring high-quality output for both domestic and international markets.
Oil Services KZ operates a well-diversified network of 5,200 filling stations in 18 countries and manages bunkering operations in 21 ports across six Russian regions. We own transshipment facilities and pipelines to optimize transportation and reduce costs.
